• Where is the store based?

  Indianapolis, IN

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do! I will always try to provide the most fair, and accurate shipping rate to countries outside the United Stated, though, some restrictions may apply.
  
  Shipping to most countries serviced by the US Postal Service, and normally handed off to the destination country's Postal Service.
  I retain the right to deny orders to countries without notice, or limit from which countries can placed (I try not to do this, if possible). Please contact me before ordering if you think delivery to your country could be problematic.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local Postal Service.
  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Ultimately, it depends where you live in relation to the continental United States.

• Can I request a specific colorway (color scheme) on a product?

  Maybe? It depends on the complexity of the request, my schedule / availability, and time required to create the custom order. Additional costs will be required on any commissioned or special request order.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
